Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Carnation Canvas purchase.

Unused, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped or production has begun on a personalized item, it may no longer be canceled.
